Felicity Sayers


Felicity is a registered psychologist whose passion lies in the transformative power of therapy for well-being and personal growth. With a warm and authentic approach, Felicity connects with individuals of all ages, including those with neurodiversity, life transitions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her therapeutic toolkit includes acceptance and commitment therapy, play-based and art-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed practice. Above all, Felicity prioritises creating a safe, trusting, and engaging environment for her clients, making sessions both insightful and enjoyable. In addition to therapy, Felicity provides comprehensive assessments for various neurodevelopmental disorders, such as ADHD, specific learning disorders, intellectual disability, and autism. Throughout this process Felicity aims to empower clients by providing them with a deeper understanding of themselves.
