Group Programs

We have facilitated a variety of group programs in the past, such as LEGO® club, yoga and mindfulness, school readiness, and art therapy groups.

LEGO® Club

LEGO® Club is a small group program for children between the ages of 7 and 12 years. The focus of LEGO® Club is developing social confidence in a structured and supportive peer group environment.

Friendship Group

The Friendships Group aims to support children in their social interactions with their peers using an interactive and play-based approach.

High School Readiness

High School Readiness group aims to provide a safe space to discuss concerns, share ideas and build confidence ahead of starting high school. The group is run by a psychologist who is a former secondary teacher and wellbeing coordinator.

Transition and Growth

Transition and Growth is a Christmas themed program created to support belonging, personal strengths, recognition and understanding of emotions, anxiety, change and growth

Understanding and Managing Stress

This group encourages young people to learn about the ways they cope with negative thoughts, feelings, and situations, and to develop healthy coping strategies. The group will promote social connectedness and self awareness through craft and mindfulness.
