Karlee is a psychologist who has experience working in community settings utilising a positive behaviour support framework, supporting those experiencing psychosocial and behavioural challenges. She implements trauma informed practice across her work, emphasising the importance of safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

Karlee has a passion for taking a collaborative approach with children, families, and their wider support network to promote positive outcomes and quality of life. She enjoys working with a range of neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health concerns including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Borderline Personality Disorder, among others.
