Chloe Rudyard

Provisional Psychologist

Chloe is a Provisional Psychologist completing the final year of her Master of Clinical Psychology. She has over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinical, community, and statutory settings. Her clinical experience includes individual therapy, dyadic (parent–child) work, group therapy, and family therapy. Chloe is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel supported and empowered. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed and systemic frameworks, and guided by deep respect for each person’s unique context and story. Chloe supports clients presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety (particularly social anxiety), depression and low mood, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, perfectionism, and emotional regulation difficulties. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Chloe is trained in Functional Family Therapy – Child Welfare and has a particular interest in supporting clients to navigate complex relational dynamics and attachment disruptions. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges, strengthen relationships, and build on their existing resources and strengths.
