Bethany Chatfield
Psychologist
I am a registered psychologist, working towards clinical endorsement. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and affirming. My work is grounded in attachment theory and draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to support adolescents and adults in building insight, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.I enjoy helping clients explore identity, better understand patterns shaped by past experiences, and gently challenge internalised stigma and social expectations. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those navigating unmasking, emerging neurodivergence, and late-diagnosed AuDHD.Alongside therapy, I provide assessments across the lifespan and continue to engage in ongoing professional development, particularly in the areas of neurodivergence and perinatal mental health.
