Rachel is a child behaviour therapist and counsellor with six years of experience in not-for-profit and public sectors across Canada, Ireland, the UK, and Australia. She has provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Rachel is committed to a holistic approach, working closely with caretakers to address their unique concerns, goals, and expectations. Her specialties include early years intervention, Autism, behaviour support, emotional regulation, self-regulation, wellbeing, play skills and school readiness. She has extensive experience supporting children and parents with a range of needs, including conduct and behavioural problems, anxiety, feeding and eating difficulties, self-injurious behaviours, and daily living challenges. Rachel excels in creating tailored behaviour support plans, conducting thorough assessments, and advocating for families and children in the NDIS process. Passionate about fostering mental health awareness and promoting independence, Rachel is enthusiastic about helping children thrive throughout their educational journey and beyond.
Qualifications: BA in Applied Psychology, MSc in Applied Developmental and Child Psychology.
