Breanna recognises that sitting with a professional to discuss your mental health can be scary and difficult, so she aims to create a safe environment to be yourself. She has a warm personality and is easy to get along with. Breanna is all about creating positive change using evidence-based approaches based on what your individual needs are. Breanna has experience working with autism, ADHD, chronic pain and fatigue, personality disorders, adjustment concerns, anxiety (social, generalised anxiety, panic disorder), depression, work/study stress, self-esteem, and friendship concerns.
