Kate is a registered Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is passionate about assisting her clients to achieve their full potential through positive and therapeutic assessment and intervention. Kate has enjoyed her work across community, clinic and school settings, and with a background in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA Therapy), she is particularly passionate about working with young people with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Kate has experience delivering a variety of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. She also has experience conducting cross-battery assessments for cognitive ability, learning and achievement, as well as for behavioural difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her reports are thorough and highly individualised so to provide insight into her clients’ unique learning profile and ongoing needs. Kate takes a strength-based approach in assisting her clients to manage challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
