Jessica is a professionally qualified Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), who specialises in working with children and young people. Jessica’s focus is working with individuals who experience difficulties with emotion regulation and / or difficulties with anger management. She has experience working with depression, anxiety and other mood disorders as well as self esteem issues. Jessica can support parents to manage behaviour difficulties within the family and build positive relationships through family therapy techniques. Jessica also has expertise working with young people who experience suicidal thoughts and conducts comprehensive risk assessments to ensure an effective treatment plan is established for the young person. Jessica has returned to University to complete a Masters in Mental Health Science majoring in Child Psychotherapy.
