Jessica Connell

Jessica has over a decade of experience as a registered Psychologist. She has comprehensive experience helping children, adolescents and families through a broad range of emotional and mental health issues. Her employment has included working with Headspace, schools, community health and private practice.

Jessica is particularly experienced in supporting adolescents and their families. Her interest areas include mood disorders/ mood dysregulation, borderline personality, Gut-Brain related issues, Depression, Adjustment issues, Parenting issues, self-harm, anxiety, OCD, friendship issues and confidence.  She enjoys working with adolescent girls particularly and helping them to grow and develop their confidence.

Jessica is trained across a broad range of therapies including but not limited to CBT, Brief Solution focused therapy, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths based positive psychology and DBT. Jessica tailors her approach using evidence-based therapies depending on the needs of you and your child or young person.

Jessica is known for delivering sensitive, client-cantered, perceptive, and in-depth evidence based psychological therapy.
